Preparation

  1. It's as easy as 1,2,3!
  2. Boil the spinach until soft. Mix it up with salt and garlic using a mixing device until becomes a puree. Fry the mixture for few minutes using a tiny bit of oil.
  3. Top it off with fried eggs.
