- It's Spring, fresh spinach's season and with so many benefits to our health, why not take advantage and incorporate it as much as possible in our diet.
- - 500 gr fresh spinach
- -2 or 3 garlic cloves
- -2 eggs / person
- (1 a week for babies and small kids)
- It's as easy as 1,2,3!
- Boil the spinach until soft. Mix it up with salt and garlic using a mixing device until becomes a puree. Fry the mixture for few minutes using a tiny bit of oil.
- Top it off with fried eggs.
