- 2 cups of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup Vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2/3 cup 2% milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve as soup with a dollop of whipped cream.
- You can make it healthier by using skim milk, fat free yogurt, splenda (or another artificial sweetener of your choice), and fat free/sugar free whipped cream.
