Ingredients

  • 1 box Jumbo Pasta Shells
  • 16 oz Ricotta
  • 2 eggs
  • Italian shredded cheese blend
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Parsley Flakes
  • 1 Jar of Prego spaghetti sauce

Preparation

  1. Olive Oil
  2. Cook pasta
  3. drain and run under cold water
  4. combine Cheeses, eggs and parsley flakes
  5. Grease a 9x13 pan with Olive oil
  6. Stuff shells with mixture, and put in rows in 9x13 pan (they should be plump, and they fit snug into the 9x13)
  7. Pour Spaghetti Sauce over the top of shells
  8. Bake covered at 300 until center of shells are warm (45 min)
  9. For fun add some garlic to the mixture or Italian seasoning. Have fun with this! It's great with Alfredo poured over the top, too! I have even thrown some cooked sausage in the mixture, or a finger full of Pesto.
