  • This is one of my favorite salads, I make it several times a year and just vary the ingredients depending on the season. This salad is incredibly easy, fast and most importantly healthy!

Ingredients

  • Raw Spinach
  • Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
  • Sliced Fresh Strawberries
  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Soft Goat Cheese
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Optional: Grilled Chicken

Preparation

  1. Wash Spinach and pat dry
  2. Wash and slice Mushrooms and Strawberries
  3. Wash Blueberries
  4. Combine all ingredients into large salad bowl
  5. Serve and sprinkle with Sunflower Seeds and Goat Cheese
  6. Add Grilled Chicken if you like
  7. Perfect with a Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing or Poppyseed Dressing
