  • 1/2 cup softened Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

Preparation

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs one at a time to sugar mixture
  3. Add bananas
  4. Mix dry ingediants in a seperate bowl
  5. Add dry ingrediants to wet
  6. Pour into buttered and flour loaf pan or 8 inch round cake pan
  7. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour if you are using loaf pan or 30 to 45 minutes round pan.
  8. Toothpick should come out clean when finished
