  • 1/2 cup pork season rub
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

Preparation

  1. Cut ribs in serving size.
  2. Pat rub on both sides and cook in crock pot for 3 hours on high.
  3. Combine all other ingredients in saucepan, bring to boil then simmer for 30 min.
  4. Let sauce cool and brush ribs. Cook on low in crock pot for 5 hours and serve.
