- This Taco Rice recipe makes for an easy treat that is both tasty and satisfying.
- 6 servings of white rice
- 1/2cup of salsa ( or as much as needed
- ground meat or Chicken already cooked with taco seasoning
- 1 pack of shredded Mexican cheese
- Mix rice and salsa together in 9x13 cooking dish and smooth flat. Put ground meat over rice then cover with cheese. Cook @ 350 for 15-20 min uncovered...Top with your choice of toppings ( tomatoes,lettuce,sour cream,etc...)
