• in a skillet over medium high heat saute onion garlic in olive oil until tender. add veggies cook until soft. add tomatoes,broth,sugar,salt&pepper. simmer for 5-10 mins. remove from stove let cool slightly. cook pasta according to package. while pasta cooks puree vegetablesin a blenger toss pasta with veggie sauce and serve!
