- An easy way to make a restaurant favorite.
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- (Salt and Pepper to taste - optional)
- Bring tomatoes, water, milk and seasonings to boil in saucepan.
- Add rice and cook for 25 minutes.
- Add more salt and pepper to each person's liking.
