  • 2 tins of tuna in brine
  • 1 large onion
  • sweetcorn tinned or frozen
  • 6 slices of lean low fat smoked bacon

Preparation

  1. Mix the tuna in a bowl with a little salt and pepper, dice onion and cook in a pan with a little butter til soft, boil sweetcorn and pasta and grill bacon all these ingredients are easy to tell when ready.
  2. When all cooked get a large pan or bowl and mix everything together then serve, you can keep all leftovers and eat them cold it tastes just as yummy!
