- Half a pack of frozen spinach
- 1 tub sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- Grease and line pie dish with puff pastry.
- Mix all ingredients together and place on top of pastry.
- Bake in oven for approx 40 min at 200 degrees F.
