Preheat oven to 425. Bake potatoes for 1 hour. You can also make in the microwave it's faster. While your potatoes are cooling, cool off till warm, cook your bacon crispy, let cool. When potatoes are cool, cut potatoes in half long ways, scoop out potato, into mixing bowl, only leaving skin and small layer of potato (for sturdiness). Crumble your bacon after cooled off. Mix you potatoes that you scooped, crumbled bacon, 4 oz cheese, 4 oz sour cream,1/4c butter,1/4c milk. You're wanting to mix these like you would regular mashed potatoes. Scoop into shells sprinkle cheese on top, bake until cheese is melt, and serve.
