Ingredients

  • 1(15 oz.) can black beans
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ C. celery, chopped
  • ½ C. onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • 2/3 C. salsa
  • ¼ C. limejuice
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 lb. peeled cooked shrimp
  • Lettuce

Preparation
