heat olive oil and sautee onion. add defrosted soy crumbles, and cook with onion for a couple of minutes. season with salt, pepper, approx. 1 tablespoon ground cumin. in about 1/4 c. of water mix and dissolve 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. add to "meat" mixture and continue to cook for another 5 min. take off burner.
spread mashed beans over pizza crust. evenly spread "meat" mixture and sprinkle soy mozzarella shreds on top. bake in the over until cheese melts. spread soy sour cream and sprinkle with diced tomatoe and chopped onion and salsa if you like. Enjoy a healthy and tasty dinner!
