• These tasty little won tons are perfect for tiny fingers and loaded with nutrient packed veggies. Great for kids who are picky about eating their veggies, for on the go snacks or for a side dish at dinner! Definitely a hit in our house and easy to keep frozen for times when your little one needs some more veggies!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 cup steamed peas
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Traders Joes 21 Salute Seasoning or other salt free seasoning
  • Won Ton Wraps (usually found in the cold case of the produce section)

Preparation

  1. 1.Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2.Add all ingredients except Won Ton Wraps to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped and combined.
  3. 3.Lay out won ton wraps then scoop about 1 tsp. full of veggie filling onto the center of each wrap.
  4. 4.Wet your finger and dampen the outer edges of the won ton.
  5. 5.Fold Won Ton over to form a triangle then press gently to seal.
  6. 6.Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly looking.
  7. 7.Allow to cool then store in the fridge or freezer for a healthy side dish or snack.
