• This White Enchiladas recipe makes for an easy treat that is both tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of flour tortillas
  • 1 large tub of cream cheese
  • 1 large bag of mexican cheese
  • 1 jar Mt. Olives Jalepenos
  • 1 package of boneless chicken breast
  • 1 small carton of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can of small pitted black olives

Preparation

  • Prehead oven to 375. Boil your chicken till all white and cooked. Once done, shred each piece with two forks. Mix shredded chicken with whole tub of cream cheese. Once mixed, add the juice only from the jalepeno jar and mix again. Lay out tortillas, one after the next, spread chicken mix on as if making a burrito, add cheese, add a few black olives and jalepenos (if you like it spicey otherwise go easy with them). Wrap like a burrito and put in square baking pan. Continue to do this until you've used most of your tortillas or you've filled up your pan. Then sprinkle remaining cheese on top. You can decorate top with black olives and jalepenos. Once done, pour whipping cream over until it comes 1/4 up from pan. Cover with foil and put in preheated oven of 375. After 20 minutes, remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes. And then enjoy!
