- 1 1/4 C Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 C milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 T sugar (optional)
- 1/2 blueberries, fresh or frozen
- Combine flour, baking powder and sugar.
- Combine beaten egg with milk and salt in another bowl. Combine all.
- Add blueberries.
- Cook on medium-low heat.
- Pancakes are ready to flip when edges are dry and pancakes start to bubble.
