Mix together dry ingredients then add wet ingredients, and stir until blended. Add choc-chips and stir, pour 1/4 cup batter into hot griddle, or skillet. makes 7-8 pancakes.
to make flaxseed mixture, add 1/2 cup of flaxseed meal in a blender, and 1 1/2 cups water and blend for 2-3 minutes, until thick consistency. Store in and airtight container for about a week. Better to refrigerate for an hour before use. 1/4 cup equals one egg.
