- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tblsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- Add water 1/2 teaspoon at a time to desired consistency
- 1 clove of garlic, pressed or minced small
- 1 teaspoon minced onion.
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- Blend all ingredients
- Chill 1 hour and serve.
