I have to say I am saddened by the way that Mr. Obama talked about this country, I thought that one of the jobs of the Pesident of the United States was to talk up this country not bash it. His comments at the G20 meeting is just shameful...We have what we have in this country b/c we have worked hard for it we have always pulled together to make this country as great as it is...I'm tired of the socialist attitude that is falling on Capital Hill and I would like to know what socialist country has the Freedoms that we have and I want to know what socialist country right now that doesn't have a larger % of unemployed and as far as the poor in this country Shit they are rich compared to any other socialistic countrys poor...So as Americans we need to stand up for this country b/c our leaders are not going to do it. It's time to take our Goverment back it's time to start impeaching the leaders up on capital hill it's time to FIRE them it's time we get back to what our fore fathers ment this country to be. I have said before that I'm surprised that we aren't have earth quakes from our fore fathers rolling over in thier graves...Not only what the Idiots on Capital Hill are doing but also what the people of this Country aren't doing...We have been to lazy for to long it's time to get back to the thinking of our fore fathers and work for what we believe in and that would be the Declaration of INDEPENDANCE, OUR Bill of Right, & the Constitution of the United States...If you have not read it I challange you know to go read them and understand what it was that our fore fathers wanted for us...They shed there blood to get us way from Socialism and now for some reason we want to change who we are because someone may not like us...Well guess what I don't give a shit what anyone else around the world thinks about us...Does this idiot not realize he is making enemys out of our ally's and is trying to make ally's out of our enemys...And yes I do realize that the election is coming up in less than 2 years but do we really want to let them keep control of our GEAT COUNTRY for that long??? Make sure all of you attend a Tea Party on April 15th and the excuse of it's more than an hour away is not a good enough excuse we need to do what ever it takes to take our country back!!!!

I think there's more of us then we think, we just need to stand together and no longer be silent. :-)

I couldn't agree with you ladies more. "My reading of history convinces me that most Bad gov't results from TOO MUCH GOV"T." Thomas Jefferson. Hope is all Obama speaks about but Benjamin Franklin once said "He that lives upon HOPE will die fasting."  We need to PRAY that  GOD will help this county, and sometimes I think "well, why would he" all this country has wanted to do is get rid of him, except for a few of us.

Amen sisters!! I'm so fed up with what's going on, it has crossed my mind to run for something. It's not actually something I could do, but I'm so frustrated I'm not sure what to do. We have got to get this country back to the conservative/christian principals it was founded on. To have our President care more about his public appeal then serving those who elected him is disgraceful. I do think that illistrates our problem country wide. We have been so busy fixing and bailing out the rest of the world that we didn't take care of ourselves. We need to quit worrying about everyone elses problems and fix ours i.e economy, our borders, our social programs, our healthcare, etc.

Amen to all you're saying, I'm sick of politicians being politically correct. Say what you mean, and mean what you say. If you offend someone, oh well, someone out there respects that. I just wish they would tell the truth.

For a man and his wife to say they are shamed (but still decide to live here making a killing as attorneys mind you) by this country makes it all the more nauseating. Pretty soon we'll be a bunch of smarmy spineless French. I also thinks its really funny that someone so shamed never left the shores or bothered to learn a second language! Talk about a hypocrite? Oh and his comments don't surprise me at all. He's NEVER spoken highly of the people in this country. Sad truly sad.

Quoting Lindsay:

President Bush didn't always act like a conservative but i understand why spending went up during his terms.  He had 9-11 and two wars to deal with.  Obama isn't spending money on things that we actually need he's just spending money to further his far left agenda while trying to keep the blame on Bush and republicans.  You can only blame President Bush for so long before it gets old.

For a long time republicans ran as moderates and acted like democrats, i think thats the main reason the dems gained seats.  It wasn't because there was a backlash against republicans/conservatives it was that there weren't any running.  I am not a far right conservative but i would never vote for someone that tries to play both sides.  You can be in the middle but you can't be both liberal and conservative.  It annoys me when politicians try to do this.  You either represent my views or you don't, don't try to trick me into thinking you're something you're not.

AMEN...Thats exactly what I was saying

Im not shocked at the way he spoke about America though, it's nothing new.  The obamas haven't been proud to be American until obama started running for president.  He wants the rest of the world to love him i don't think he really cares what the people in his own country think of him.  He knows there are people stupid enough to like him regardless of what he says or does because of his race.  This is what the democrats have been working on since he spoke at the DNC.

I hope more people have come to their senses and the republicans will gain some seats because democrats can't control everything.  They will just mess it up and frankly i don't think America can take 4 years of an all democrat Washington.

Lindsay,

The sad part is the Repub. are the ones that helped get us into this mess with all of thier spending.  Unforturnately they acted more like Dems then the conservatives they were suppose to be...
