I'm not sure if you ladies have seen this story but it's just really dumb so I thought I'd share. These guys were fired from Sprint for helping stop a shoplifter. There's a link on the story to FB friend them, they sound like they could really use the support of fellow common sense Americans (aka conservatives). (smile).

And they would have probably been arrested had they allowed the shoplifter to hurt someone and just stood by and done nothing.
My husband said he is getting rid of Sprint too.

What happened to the good samaritan law? These guys get fired for catching a thief and we have government employees charging thousands and millions of dollars of personal items on their government credit cards and no one does a thing. According to the news they are not being fired or being asked to pay back what they charged illegally. I want a government credit card, don't you.

I think it just shows the detrimental effects of our over litigious society- companies are terrified to get sued so they have to employ mindnumb robots. I am actually getting quite good at protesting companies, it's almost second nature by now. ;-)
