Swedish authorities frown on home schooling

That is SO scary. I had no idea it existed. More people need to be aware of this CRC stuff. As a side note, I find it an oxymoron that the convention protects the rights of the child to have an abortion without parental consent or knowledge. Is it not a contradiction to protect the child's rights but not protect the right of the unborn child?

I think the UN has decided that they need to get the kids away from the parents as much as possible. I hear somewhere that there is a document in the UN that specifically talks about how to undermine the home life. I'll look into it more.

This is no suprise to me. I home school my children, have been in various grades for the last, 15 yrs or so, My two youngest 6th grade and 4th grade have stepped foot in a brick and mortar school. I couldn't be happier about that......and yes they are socially thriving, Literally my son ends up being a little heart throb and usually leadership in sports, and my daughter gets along very well with just about any group participation that I'v ever had her involved in.
Unschooling is acutually my next rpoject, just because we loved to explore subjects much more thoughroly than just the touch points designed by our state cirriculums, but they had to have a found dation set first.
sorry to go on, I'm excited about our summer project.
Unfortunately, testing is crucial in the sense that I must teach for it, but I also think it's a balancing act so that my guys will be well rounded when they are going on to higher education.
the push to shut home-schoolers down is really a furthering fo a world agenda to silence the gospel of Jesus Christ.
