Trying to get back on track. Any suggestions?? I don't have much motivation with it being cold out and I don't have anyone to run with to encourage me to get out and run.

I'm having a similar problem too. It's been 3 months since I've run. I like to run early in the morning and it's been cold. I can't stand wearing sweaters or jackets when I run either.
I am giving myself a deadline to start up again in March. Wish me luck!

Hi Lila, I'm in the same boat. I haven't ran in two years almost three and need to find out how to ease back into a work routine that can prep me up for the warmer weather. Where I live it's winter wonderland and too cold that spells joint pains. I look forward to any other post that have reccommendations.
