Hi ladies.

I'm being fitted with the Marena on Thursday and want to know, can I still continue to run Thursday afternoon?
Did the Marena interfere with your running?

never had a problem running with it and was never told to not run after it was inserted. I had one before my last pregnancy and then have had this one for 7 months and ran all the time with bothh IUD's
