My name is Alice; I'm a mother of a 16-month-old girl; she's my princess. We're in the Otay Ranch area in Chula Vista; I'm a full-time working mom, but have developed a passion for photography since my DD was born, and am now working on building my portfolio. Hi everyone, I am very new to San Diego and CA, We just moved here from Italy about 3 weeks ago ( yes military LOL) my name is Janelle I am 29 years old, I have 2 children. Hi there! My name is Krista.  I'm also in Otay Ranch, moving to Eastlake in September.  I have an almost 6 year old daughter named Alexandra, Alex for short.  I lived in San Diego for most of my life- moved to Salt Lake for a few years and am now SOOOO grateful to be back.  Nothing compares to San Diego- especially the Eastlake area.

Hello...my name is Celeste and I have 2 girls: Shyla age 9 and Coral (Coco) age 7 1/2.  We've lived in Escondido a couple of years and now in Ramona for the last 7 yrs.!  I originally lived and grew up Orange County, until meeting my now husband and moved down here to San Diego.   I really love it here! 

I stay at home and do homeschooling part-time with my girls.  I think I have the best of both worlds, with another Mom who teaches her 3 kids and mine for 3 hours a day (Mon. - Thurs.) and then I teach my own for another 1-2 hrs. (3 subjects).  It's been such a great experience and we all are learning so much!   This is my first year doing this type of schooling for the girls.

Hello ladies. My name is Grace. I have two children. Daughter Sydna is 11 years old and my son Nathan is 8. I have lived in San Diego my entire life up until July of '03. We moved to North Dallas because of my husbands job. We have been here now for 5 1/2 years and it's time we move back or at least be closer to home. I miss San Diego terribly and me being hispanic I crave AUTHENTIC Mexican food. Tex-Mex food is just awful. We try to avoid eating Tex-Mex as much as possible.

I used to live in Chula Vista but I'm familiar with all the cities in San Diego up to L.A. We try to visit at least once a year. Last we were there was back in July '08. When it comes to 4th of July I just have to be near the ocean. It has been tradition for me to spend the entire July 4th in Coronado. I love it there. I used to work at the Hotel del Coronado and that's where I met my husband as well. We lived in Poway at one point but moved back to Chula Vista to be closer to my parents since I was pregnant at the time with my second child.

I've made a few friends here but it doesn't feel like home, do you know what I mean? When I do get lonely I just keep myself busy with books, movies, or going out for walks. I do miss not being able to go to the beach or walk around Balboa Park.

Hopefully I will get contacts from Moms in San Diego so you guys can keep me in the loop of what is happening in my dear City and I also hope to get contacts from other San Diego Native Moms that live in other states that have something in common with me.
