Looking for other mother's with children in the military(support)

Hi, my son is to be deployed this fall to Afghanastan. And I am hoping that there are other mothers here in Sask and around Regina that I may get some much needed words of encouragement from. I am very nervous about his mission and not sure how I am going to function while he is gone. So if there is anyone out there with helpful tips I am more than willing to try anything, lol.

Hi Tamara

Your son is probably already in Afghanistan but if you need support, you can contact your local Military Family Resource Centre. They are there to support families of soldiers, especially deployed soldiers. Your son's unit can give you contact info if you don't know how to reach your MFRC.
