My ex filed for custody of my kids in divorce can he get full custody because he says I have cheated on him in South Carolina Please help ASAP

Infidelity is not a deciding factor with custody unless child endangerment is part of it. Nor does it hold any weight with divorce settlements.

No, infidelity decides divorce outcomes, not custody. Now if you are involved directly or indirectly with violent or illegal activity. Then yes, that would definately affect your custody outcome. Other things that can affect the custody outcome are who has the children now. Are they with you or the father. Courts tend to let the kids stay where they are at. Or who can afford to care for them better. Or who can afford a better lawyer. Not fair of course, but nothing EVER is and money does make the world go round. Whether we like it or not, we cannot raise our children on love alone.

I don't suppose u lived in columbia n it was a military guy...?? U need an attorney, but only in the Bible belt do u need to worry about some stupid judge choosing him over u because of adultry!

You're better off asking an attorney but I doubt he would be given sole custody because you cheated. Most places try to do 50/50 or prefer that since its in the best interest of the kids.
