I have been dealing with my daughter crying everyday she has to go to school. We are now going on two months. as soon as the evening comes around she starts crying. I have a hard time getting her to bed. she's not sleeping well and now it's effecting her eating. I know she's not eating lunch at school. When she is home, she clings to me. The only thing she says is that she misses me. The teacher thinks this is a result of the new baby coming. I have done everything I can think of to reassure her but it's now become emotionally draining for me as well. I'm exhausted. Would appreciate any ideas or advice.

My son is 8 n will be 9 in a couple of months,he went through the same kinda thing for a year. All u can to is be strong n persist,as long as the school is aware of how emotional n how hard it is for the both of u then thats all u can do.This year my lil man is powering,he wants to be there first NOW....He still slips after Holidays but is so much better n happier an so am i offcourse.I would have a chat to the principle just incase though and ask them to check on wats hapnin in the play ground sometimes the kids wont tell u wats going on.Stay strong n good luck.
