You need to take some anger management classes! If you lose patience that easy it's probably best if you hire someone else to review the work with your son. If you insist on doing it yourself learn to walk away when you feel like you are losing control over your emotions, in essence put yourself in a timeout until you've calmed down. I have a five year old and there are times it's a struggle to get his work done, usually we both take a break until we are in a better state of mind and come back to it a little later.
