My sons two yrs ahead of his yr level 4, but his mischief behaviours getting the better of him, i assume the possibility he may be bored....

But his mouth can be rude, and he will answer back, and be really cheeky, its becomming hard to handle.....

I want to know has anyone been able to stomp on this behaviour?
Only because im tired of it, last week i walked away with his behaviour plus items thrown at me, and a bruised arm which the next day didn't put a smile on my dial!

My daughter went through this phase a year after my stepson was murder, she's quite intellegent could process everything but didn't know how to feel about it all, so she started acting out, stealing, cheek, answering back, temper tantrums etc, the school was even shocked to hear the problems at home, your situ obviously different, but what worked for me was a points system / behaviour chart, 6 things she had to focus on that were issues, ie no stealing, no lying, keep room tidy, etc I wrote out exactly what was expected for her to refer to, and calculated a point system I never gave a 0 as its too negative, 1-4 or 1-7 depending on the area targetted, at the end of each week there were 3 levels of rewards eg 150+ she had her phone and pc priveledges for following week, 170+ xbox, 190+ arts craft session, 200+ stay up late herself on eg a sat.... plus to ensure she was encouraged to keep her points up each week, if she got 28+ a day she got a trading card a day, after 6 months of strictly doing this, her behaviour improoved, obviously I also ensured she got the emotional support she needed etc..... hope it helps :) the above is my example you'd need to do it to your childs needs and ensure the goals are obtainable, dont expect perfection just expect reasonable :)

He's very forward in Maths, English, Reading, Writing...

Also he is sick due to allergies, and can be home a bit recovering from virals too.....And i pick up his attituides amongst then as well!

I've already got him into after school care, doing extra school work, but he's soaking it up so quickly!...

I want the silly behaviour to stop......and for him to be able to do tasks, as i ask and just do them
