How effective is the pull out method after having a baby two months ago, how many have got pregnant like that?

It's more effective than not doing anything at all. . .
The pull out method has about an 18% failure rate, so almost a 1 in 5 chance of getting pregnant each time.

Sarah's right that breastfeeding (exclusively and on demand) CAN help to prevent ovulation and is considered effective for 6 months OR LESS.

It's not reliable at all. Breastfeeding can delay ovulation and make it safe to have sex after giving birth. But pulling out is never reliable.
