I think you need to get him to a Speech Therapist as soon as possible. Make sure that you have him try to tell you what he wants.Don't let him point. Potty breaking is really hard, especially for boys. He can't tell you so it's difficult. Watch for the potty signs to help you get him there.

I have a son with Aspergers, I would suggest joining the Autism/Asperger's COM.

I have a 3 year old without autism that won't go to the bathroom. I have had him to specialist who has said that his foreskin is a little loose and his wee gets dried up inside but they will not do anything for him until he is dry and over 7 so I just have to stick it out and wait until he is ready. I know how embarrassing it is to have to admit that they won't go but I can't imagine the added problems you must be having. All I can say is patients, reassurance, a good book of using toilets if he likes them, and use smily face chart (face for sitting, W for wee and P for #2 under the face) this is getting my child to sit and try but still getting nowhere. Good luck keep strong it all comes eventually when their bodies develop the muscles required to control the body functions.
