I was told by somebody that if given two drops a day it guards completely against the flu virus. I am asthmatic and yesterday I dropped some in water and inhaled it..it actualy opened me up! I did look at a few websites on Oregano and there are a few very good articles. Apparently you can give a child 1 - 2 drops. We are not people who like to vaccinate and this is perfect. I was also advised to give them colustrum (powdered form) and this is a perfect way to fight against any disease.

I have never heard of this either but I googled it and did see that it is used for many differant things, I didnt really read those in depth, whenever I am considering doing somthing differant for my kids medically I first look at side effects, in the few articles I looked at they said that if given to children it should only be diluted and applied topically, never ingested, however another side effect that I came across is a burning feeling if applied to the skin.

I dont know how much of a help this was really, I just typed in oil of oregano side effects and started going down the list of sites that was brought up.
