hi every one ,my son is 4 years old now.but he dont lik eto sleep .whole day he is up and then he take lot of time to sleep in the nite.plz help me for this.and give me a tip or share with me ur experience.

THANKS Miranda Hunt for reply.so i guess it will be ok with the passage of time.but he is really difficult in this area he never want to go bed,always complaning.but now after ur reply i feel well .now i am positive this will be ok.thanks again

My son is also 4 and stooped tking naps about 6 months ago. At first I was concerned that he was not getting enough sleep but now he is in bed at 8pm and sleeps until I wake him up at 8-8:30 am. Sometimes though it seems like his body is still on a nap clock and he will wake up at 2-3 am and then I struggle getting him back to bed. The rest of the time during the day he seems fine. :)

I had to work on this with Anna and staying consistent on a new routine is the thing to do - hard poart is sticking to it - make sure there is no caffeine or suger in diet after 4pm and then start quiet activities at least 1 hour before bedtime so that they are more relaxed when it iss time to lay down. Reward for a week of ealry bedtime might help to

my son was the same way you just need to keep up the fight and dont give in he will start to give up
