Find a great kids dentist. My kids go to dentistry for children and they love it. They ask when they can go back again. You can also try making a teeth brushing chart and for every time she brushes without a fight she can put a sticker up. Once she has earned enough stickers you can take her to the dollars store or any store where she could get something for under like $5. Award charts seem to work. Or she gets to go to a movie she really wants to see. Something she doesn't get to do very often. Hope they ideas help.
