I am wondering what kind of ideas you mommy's have for keeping and organizing finished homework papers. I have seen some great ideas on organizing artwork, but not really anything on homework papers.

DH and I have started a binder and decorated box for all of DS's achievements. First they go on the "wall of awesome-ness" and then on the first of every month, we take everything down and DS chooses what he wants to put in his box. The binder is where we keep things like report cards and keepsakes from field trips.

Ask your child what they would like to do with their own papers. My children are very much into helping with the community and their environment and they chose to take all their old papers down to the recycling center. Some were donated to the ODFW for bird nests. Or we use them for Parrot Paper on the bottom of the cage. They like to laugh when parrot poopy lands on a certain part of the paper :o) LOL

I agree Heather! Shew!! We have a 'Homework Basket' EVERYTHING from homework to tests goes into it after we see it and then, on a day they are gone, it gets thrown in a trash can outside in the very bottom, orrrr....'processed'...ya know--shredded! :-)

I do the same, only keep certain papers and throw out the rest. I have one of those accordian file things to put papers in and that what I keep his artwork in.
