If they are not your best or you don't want to store them. What I have started doing is an reg slide in album for each grandma. At the beginning of the year I find two beautiful ones on sale & begin adding all year as I develop pictures. Several pics of each child for each grandparent. Few spots open at the end for Christmas photos. Christmas presents!!!!!!

when i have many pics, especially ones with scenery, i do a mosaic page and i get compliments from everyone on these. Go to tamipotter.com or mosaic moments and you can see what i am talking about. You can take just peices of scenery pics and put them together and they look like they go together even when they dont sometime.

I use the extra pictures to cut out words and letters or shapes, either with stencils or punches. I haven't tried cutting thm with the cricut though, that's my next project. I also give my extras to my daughter to scrap with (she's 5)

I have a family scrapbook that I scrapbook my favorite scenery pictures. For instance, I LOVE my iris and they were given to my by my grandma. I scrapped these on a page and journaled about how my grammie loved iris and she passed them on to me. Close To My Heart carries flip flaps which you put right on the page and allows you to add more pictures to the page layouts, They are WAY cool! Love using them. You can check them out by doing a search for them at mycrazzyscrappylife.myctmh.com

Have you tried cutting out the boys pictures and then using the scenery pics for the backgrounds on them? Also try using the scenery pictures to do designs on the pages such as a sun--use them for the rays and then an intersting picture of a child or animal in the center.
I put the extras in photo albums that hold up to 300 pictures. For the pictures I don't print out, I make CD's for each set of events, such as mother's day, father's day. Then I put them in a picture box that Kaylee will have when she gets older.

I take extra pictures to family events, there is always someone that wants a picture of an event, holiday or happening. I also use them when I want to try a new technique, in card making, or when I make little chipboard books as gifts. I have even use them in title making, and made tags out of them.

Since the invention of the digital camera I have thousands of pictures...LOL!!! I take all the photos I develp and put them in the slide in photo albums. I try to scrap only 4-6 pictures from an event and leave the rest in the slide in photo albums.
