I have a Cricut Create and I have a brand new cartridge, but when I put it in it says it won't work. I don't know why. If you have ever had this problem or have any suggestions please share them with me. I am very flusterated and don't know what to do

I too had a great experience with Provo Craft. My E was about 10 months old an it decided one day that it wouldn't turn on. I called PC and they sent out a new machine right away. All I had to do is put the old one in the box and send it back.
You should call them and tell them whats happening.

I had a problem with my machine turning on so I called Provocraft and they were wonderful. They told me that my computer went out and I only had to send them $50 and they sent me a brand new machine. I didn't have to show them a receipt or anything. I just had to send in my broken machine.

The cartridges works either way. turn it around & try. Look at the two ends that fit together. Does anything look bent? paper, hair plastic etc....in there?

Are you turning it on with the cartridge in it or are you putting it in after turning it on. I had some troubles with my Cricut too and when I called the company they said I should have the cartridge in when I turn it on. If that doesn't help, then call the 800 number, they are very helpful. They even sent me a brand new machine.
