Scrapbooking family members who are no longer in the family?

What are everyone's opinions about scrapbooking pictures with family members who are no longer a part of the family? My step mother and father divorced, but I have pictures of her with some of my children when they were younger that I haven't scrapbooked yet. I realize she was a part of our lives at the time. I have no relationship with her any more, my father and her had no children together, so I really don't see a need to include those pictures, but what does everyone else think?

My ex husband was the step father for my boys, He was part of their lives for 21 years. i really don't like looking at his face but in the books where he's with the boys and I've already scrapped them, I've kept them in the book. However, I will not scrap any others. If you still had a relationship with her and she had a relationship with your children currently I think my opinion would be different.

I also scrapbook digitally and unfortunately my ex is in some family shots, so I usually use a button or brad and put it over his face! lol
