i have a TON of scrapbooking stickers, papers and other supplies that I have accumulated over the years. Has anyone ever tried to sell anything on either ebay or craig's list? if so which do you recommend and why?

If you see this, leave this form field blank.

I have what amounts almost to a scrapbooking store. I live in Little Rock, Arkansas. Not many big outlets around. I couldn't even get everything in my van. I would be selling on Ebay till the cows come home. Any ideas?

I sell everything on Ebay, that way i only accept Pay-Pal. Ebay is a headache but it still has its rewards and protection.

I have level 1 and 2 sets in both current and retired patterns, my acrilix sets, new, retired,, and sotm, ink pads, markers, blocks, waxy flax embellishments, card sets that were promotional and no longer available. Is there something in particular for which you are looking? I REALLY have a lot of stuff.

I actually have all of the stickers in binders, individualized by theme, and also subdivided into large, medium and small siaed sheets. For most of them I have 3 separate color coordinated 2 inch binders(they are all in protective sheets)The dark green for the oudoors, light green for sports, white for school. That part of the organization is not a problem. I have given SO much away to charity over the years. I am just trying to clean out the clutter and make a few extra $$$'s. my hubby lost his job in the winter and feel guilty about haveing so much down there just sitting. There are many down there that I overbought because I thought they were cute and now have no use for them. thanks for all the suggestions.

My local LSS has a garage sale every year that I've participated in and gotten rid of a lot of things. That's always an option also (if you still have a LSS near you; they are becoming a thing of the past in this economy). Good luck!

You might want to put things into a grouping . . . like all sports related stickers and paper together, all baby related stickers and paper together . . . that way you have a larger set to sell instead of trying to sell one package of stickers at a time.

You may also want to try selling on Bonanzle. No listing fees, low final value fees & your items stay listed until they sell or you decide to discontinue the listing.

stuff selling them , how about give them out as prizes on your blog ? i've seen ebay sells stuff in bulk ,so best bet would be sorting thru your stash & put them together. stickers with the same brand etc , papers sort thru with plain & patterned. if all else fails, donate them to daycares or schools....or maybe have a crop with friends & swap with your friends

Scrapbook Emporium in Sterling Heights/Utica has scrapbook garage sales about 3-4 times a year. $10 per table. there next one is this Saturday 8/29 from 12 - 4. I'll be there selling premade pages and such. I'm also interested in what you have that is CTMH - are any of the stamps sets 'older' retired (about 2 years old or more AND acrylic)?

have you looked into a "Scrapbook Garage Sale"? Here is Wichita we have one every year so that those who do have a ton of stuff they want to get rid of they can rent a table and there has been really good turn outs every year. With this garage sale some of the proceeds go towards the Wichita Women's Crisis Center.

I have thousands of stickers, hundreds of sheets of paper, some are CM. I also have pmany Close to My Heart items including current and retired paper packs, stamp sets, embellishmants, ink pads, and markers. I probably have some other stuff, too. I rally haven't inventoried everything, but if there is anything in particular in which you are interested, let me know-color or theme. The ctmh items are new-never used and still in their packages. I live in the Detroit, MI area if you are anywhere near if you would like to actually see it.

i have on both. craigslist is better i think. My reasoning is because you have to pay a fee on ebay and ship it and so on. its kinda a hassle.Craigslist is becoming more and more popular and I can guarantee a sold item. But I am interested in purchasing what you have possibly... lol gimmie some details :) thanks

hope you sell it! Good luck!

i've sold on ebay and craigslist. Selling fairly inexpensive scrapbook items will probably not attract the freaks but on my list your email is taken (some how, I always post anonymously) and you get spammed.

Ebay is ok. I sold some items once and it was such a headache - I never did it again. Although I do contemplate it now and again. I have so much junk to unload.
