Starting Over... HELP!

I am a WAHM and have been with my company for 4 years. I did really really well for the first 3 years. Then I moved 1000 miles away. I have a 4th grader, a toddler, and one more due in about 3 weeks. I always thought it would be easy to start up again anywhere- even FUN! But I am finding that I can hide myself in all there is to do at home. I just don't talk to people about what I do anymore.
Is it just my stage in life? Anyone else out there doing their thing that can give a girl some pointers?

Thanks!

Hi Micah - I just saw your post. How are you doing now that your 3rd one has arrived. Are you feeling like you have a routine of sorts? I'm also a WAHM so I would love to chat and get to know each other. Who knows maybe we can help encourage each other.

Meetup.com is a great tool to build clientele. It's also a good place to find like minded moms like yourself. April is dead on.

Micah,
How are you marketing your business? Are you using the internet to market? Running a home based business takes a lot of time and dedication and yes, it is easy to get distracted with other activities, especially when you are raising a family. Have you thought about joining some MeetUp groups in your area so that you can get out and meet some new people? This would almost "force" you to get out and start networking with others. You can go to www.meetup.com and find the city that you are in and start looking for MeetUp groups that interest you. There is a MeetUp group for just about everything! SAHM, Working Moms, Gardening, you name it. Once you join the MeetUp groups that interest you, you will start receiving email notices of the activities that they are doing. For example, you can join a Stay At Home Mom group and start attending their play dates so that you can make friends with people and find ways that your business can help them. Good luck and congrats on the new baby!!
