I found a great site that sells the same pvc bean bags that we use in OT for way cheaper than any other place I've seen....the shipping is a little high but the price still ends up being lower than just about any I've seen anywhere else.

What other toys do your kids use for their sensory diet at home?
Chewy tubes, grabbers, tangles?

I think I'm going to buy a tangle therapy ($8 on amazon!) Clive needs lots of work on fine motor skills.

. A cherry pit pool made out of cherry pits or dry beans inside of a blow up swimming pool or a baby bathtub or any other big item. My kids love sitting in it and playing with it. After they get out they always feel super relaxed. Got the idea from our OT. Also homemade rice pillow to put in lap. We also made homemade PVC Bean Bags.It was not very hard and the kids loved helping make it. Using a twin size mattress on the ground for an indoor trampoline works wonders. Shaving cream to draw on bathroom tiles. Or tossing wet cotton balls in the bathtub. My OT has given us many at home ideas on how to help our son. Some of it sounds weird but it really makes a difference. She has given me more ideas then I can write about.
