Every year we have a birthday party in our back yard for Lily, the beginning September. She will be 5 this year and I have no idea on what theme to have for her. In years past we did
1st birthday Butterflies
2nd birthday Nemo
3rd birthday Elmo
4th birthday The Circus
We asked her what she wants but she doesn't understand the idea of a theme so the answers she gives doesn't really help.

My daughter is going to be 5 on Sept.3rd and she keeps jumping from one thing to another! I brought her to Party City to look and see what she's leaning toward.She has been stuck on Hannah Montana(a few years after her cousins liked her),but instead of getting all of the HM themed things at Party City I found "Rock Star" invites,banners,treat boxes,etc at the 99 cent store.We had a party at the park for her 2nd birthday and it wound up being one of the best birthdays(and cheapest) for her.I also have cupcakes instead of a cake so the kids can still eat and play.
