I don't know what Jeepers is, but I would say Chucky Cheese. I had my son's birthday party at my house... I just invited some other kids over to play with his toys. It was very low-key, but they all had fun.

I dunno what jeepers is, but I doubt Chuck e. Cheese would be good place for a 2 years old child..too many kids running around and not sharing turns often.
