Will your kids be starting kindergarden this year?? Or will they have to wait until they are 6?? If they have to wait are they going to be in a pre K program?? What about summer programs for them??

my son turns 5 on sept 13, so he just made the cutoff at our school for kindergarten, while the school pushed towards a 3rd year of preschool, we decided that he was ready for kindergarten. If he has to repeat it then we have no problem with that. We felt that he knew most of the basics that he needed to know even though he was a year younger than most of his classmates. So far he is doing really good.
