Hi everyone! I'm new to the site and need help. My 4 month old used to sleep through the night in his crib on his stomach. He's just recently started rolling over, and he will not stay on his tummy. So we put him down to sleep and he right away rolls over and starts crying. Then we started putting him in his swing with white noise, and he will fall asleep, but he wakes up every hour like clockwork. Any advice? I need help!

I recently experienced the same behaviour - she had been sleeping right through then a couple weeks ago she started to wake up every couple of hours...more then when she was a newborn! I started to put her on her side with the "air flow" sleep positioner & reduced my cafeine (2-3 cups down to one). She seems to be doing better, but not as good as what she was before - maybe it's a growth spurt?!?!?
