So considering my son is born towards the end of Sept (the 24th). I'm not sure if it will be a nice day out - having a bbq- or an icky day out...and considering I live in MN I'm kind of stuck on what to have for food at my little ones party.

I was thinking of having sloppy joes, but I don't know what to have with it. I want to have chips...but I don't know what else to have.

Any ideas?

crudites and dips - my little one (born 27th Sept.) likes red peppers, cucumber, parboiled carrots (just to soften them a little so she can chew) and breadsticks. Hummous is great, spread cheese, even soured cream and chive. Homemade pizza cut into strips, fruit salad. I could go on but I'm getting hungry now!

Any finger foods are good, stuff that baby can eat! Raw veggies/fruits are always yummy!!!!
