My daughter has several of the Dr seuss board books and likes all of them, but her favorite is There's a Wocket in My Pocket. She wants me to read it over and over. I know the whole thing and "read " it to while I do other things, because I don't have to actually look at the book. Convenient sometimes.

My son loves ANYTHING to do with elmo or sesame street. He loves all the colors and everything going on, on the pages. He'll point to elmo and say elmo, its the most darling thing ever. He also likes a winnie the pooh book my aunt gave me. Its a big cardboard book so he will find it and sit on the sofa and flip through the pages "reading" it out loud until i come over and read it to him.

My son covets his Goodnight Moon book as well as Brown Bear, Brown Bear (Bill Martin/Eric Carle), From Head to Toe (Eric Carle), The Very Hungry Caterpillar (Eric Carle), A color of his own (Leo lionni) and Raffi's The Wheels on the Bus. He too will dig through the pile to find these specific books and will bring them all at once if he can manage to pile them the right way.
He also really likes the Baby I Spy Books that scholastic puts out and Bear Snores On (Karma Wilson).

My own personal favourites are
The Napping House (Audrey Wood and Don Wood)
Love you Forever (Robert Munsch)
Mud Puddle (Robert Munsch)
The Froggy books (Jonathan London)

:)
My son likes to look at the pictures of Dr. Seuss, but the ABC book is the only one he will sit and listen to.

Ugh!

My 18 month old loves the book, "Mr. Brown Can Moo Can You" by Dr. Seuss.

He brings it to me roughly 3-7 times a day for me to recite back to him. I know the entire poem/ book off by heart. He'll even to to lengths to find it in a pile of books for me to read. I've tried to read other Seuss' to him, but there is something about Mr.Brown that he finds so enthralling.
