My daughter is now almost 18 months old. She is 27 lbs and 33 inches. I guess she is big (from what the doctors say), but she doesn't look that big to me?! She wears 18 month clothes. How are all of your September kiddos "measuring up", lol?

My son just turned 18 months yesterday and he goes to the doctor next week BUT I would guess he is ~31 lbs (at least) and around 32 inches tall!! He was HUGE at birth though...12.5!! So maybe he isn't a good reference??!! He doesn't look fat at all and at previous Dr. appointments was average so....we'll see!!

My daughter is 18lbs. 29 inches in her 2%. and wears a 3.5 to 4 size in shoes. Dr. says she is very small. And wears 9 to 12 months cloths.

My twin girls are 3 in Sept, and they are roughly about 10kgs each, sometimes less, around 9.5 or 9.6kgs. They are 90cms tall. So that is around 22 pounds and 35 inches. They have always been on the small side and were small when born. I think you have to factor in that there was 2 of them when born and inside me, so they are a little bit below the average for one baby. However, they are advanced and hitting all their milestones, so nothing to worry about. Sometimes although I do wish they would eat more.

Alethea will be 3 on 17th Sept. She is now 35" and around 28lbs. tall but skinny....which means I have major problems finding pants that fit. 18-24months has the "i still wear a diaper" problem and the 1-2yrs is to big at the top and to short for her legs. oh well, she's super happy and healthy. :)

Emma will be 3 on Sept 12th and she is currently 36" (maybe 36.5) and hovers around 30lbs. She wears size 3 or 4 (but 4 pants are too big around). I just had another baby and now I feel like Emma is a giant and I can barely remember her being newborn size! :)

Kian weighed 30lbs and was 33" at his 18mo appt. He's VERY big for his age but not fat and totally healthy. He's solid and built like a football player with very broad shoulders and is ridiculously strong and agile. It's a lot like having a tasmanian devil for a child, actually-except that he's loving as anything when he's not wrecking the joint! LOL

My daughter just turned 18 months on the 24th and she is wieghs 23lbs and she is 32 inches tall. The doctor said that she is healthy but skinny. She is wearing 28 to 24 month clothes. I don't think that She is on the skinny side what so ever but the doctor is saying she needs to gain wiegh. Her father and I are on the skinny side so I think she is going to be a skinny baby.

My son is 18 mos old and is 28 1/2 pounds, 35 inches. He's a little long waisted, so he can still fit in 18 mo. pants. I can't go too much bigger because he has no butt to hold his pants up :D

my son is 22 pounds 13 ounces and 31 1/4 inches long. He is in the 10th and 12th percentile. He is on the low range, but the doctors aren't worried. Better than the 3rd and 4th percentile when he was born (5 pounds 9 ounces...19 1/2 inches)

Oh ya, and he still fits in 18 month clothes. He's just tall, so sometimes arms are too short, but one piece 18 month outfits and onesies don't work well, however.

My 18-month-old son is 28 lbs and 33 inches tall. He has been in the 85th percentile+ since birth. He has been wearing 24 month clothes and is starting to wear 2T. He looks pretty proportional and doesn't seem that big to me.

My daughter is almost exactly the same! She's 30 lbs and 34 inches! She wears size 2-3 and her shoes are size 6. She looks like a normal sized kid to me! Unless you compare her to my next door neighbors kid who is 3 and weighs about the same and is only about 4 inches taller! My daughters daddy is 6 ft 4 in and that whole side of his family is tall, so I've never been worried about her growth. Just a big healthy girl!

Ok...well my LITTLE Jamie is now only weighing 9.45kg and is STILL wearing some 3-6 months clothes! She is starting to fit into 6-12 month outfits, but still mostly 3-6 months!! She is really small and have been advised to give Iron supplements by GP. She eats all day long but is extremely active and loves to climb!! And i mean climb!! Security gates, burglar bars, couches, tables, and she even climbs INTO her cot! Difficult to compare since most of you have replied in lbs, but I think she is smaller that most.

My daughter is also 18 months and is just about 22 lbs & 31 in. I think every child grows at their own pace. And as long as they aren't too overweight or under weight then there isn't much to worry about, unless your doctor thinks otherwise.
