My daughter, first child, was born Sep 19 at 6lb 15oz and 19.7 inches long, she's now 10lb 4oz and 22.5 inches long. She's beautiful, wonderful and colicky. Please reasure me that colic does not last forever, a part of me is terrified that it will though I know it can't.

try using mylicon in your formula/breasmilk bottle feeding. it really helps. one or two big burps and my baby's all better (also born sep 19)

Glad to hear things are getting better. I was worried too that my little boy would be colicky forever. He's the best baby ever now. :)

The doctor told me it was colic, I just thought she was grumpy all the time. Gripe water works and I also use Ovol with each feed. She's slowly getting better, it's just taking time.
